Web Synq Design — Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of Web Synq Design’s website and Services. By submitting an application, booking a call, purchasing a package, or using any of our automations/platform access, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Web Synq Design website, platform, services, software, automations, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Web Synq Design, LLC (“Web Synq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting an application, purchasing a package, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.


1. Scope of Services

Web Synq Design provides done-for-you system installs, automation configuration, CRM pipeline setup, AI-assisted workflows, reporting dashboards, and operational support primarily delivered via GoHighLevel and related technologies.

Important: Web Synq does not sell “just software access” unless explicitly stated. The deliverable is the operating system install (structure, governance, automation, reporting) and the standards to run it.
  • Access to any platform is conditional on active subscription, compliance, and payment.
  • Any additional services not listed in your package may require a separate scope and fee.

2. Application & Approval Process

Certain Services require submission of an application. Approval is based on fit, operational readiness, capacity, and our discretion. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may approve, deny, or revoke access at any time.
  • If not approved for done-for-you install, you may be routed to a DIY or alternative offering.

3. Fees, Billing, & Payments

a) Pricing. Pricing is disclosed on sales pages, proposals, or during calls. Setup fees, monthly fees, and optional services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

b) Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. You authorize Web Synq to charge your payment method on file.

c) No Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital services, system installs, and labor, all sales are final unless a written exception is provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure success, you agree to provide accurate and timely information, participate in onboarding/reviews when required, and maintain compliance with laws and industry standards.

  • Assign at least one internal operator to own system usage and enforcement.
  • Web Synq is not responsible for failures caused by delayed responses, incomplete data, third-party outages, or client misuse.

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Web Synq makes no guarantees regarding revenue increases, conversion rates, profitability, lead volume, or business outcomes. Examples, metrics, or projections are illustrative only.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Web Synq (including automations, workflows, pipelines, templates, copy, code, and documentation) remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • You may not resell, white-label, distribute, or reverse engineer without written permission.

7. Platform & Third-Party Tools

Web Synq may utilize third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel, SMS/email providers, AI services, and hosting providers). Web Synq is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party services.

8. Support & Change Requests

Support is provided according to your plan level. All support requests must be submitted via the designated support channel. “Urgent” is reserved for revenue-blocking issues.

  • Change requests may be subject to additional fees or timelines.
  • We may reject requests outside scope or reclassify urgency.

9. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI-assisted features may include automated messaging, routing, and suggested responses. You acknowledge AI outputs may be imperfect and you are responsible for review and approval. Web Synq is not liable for AI-driven decisions or messaging errors.

10. Termination

Web Synq may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms, abuse support, fail to pay, misrepresent your business, or engage in unlawful or unethical behavior.

  • Upon termination, access may be revoked immediately and fees remain due.
  • Data retention is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Synq shall not be liable for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Web Synq in the prior 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Synq Design, LLC from claims, damages, or losses arising from your business operations, your use of the Services, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

Web Synq may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
