This is the rate sheet for direct engagements with me. I work in scoped projects and pre-paid hour packs — not open-ended hourly billing — because outcomes are easier to defend than minutes.

Discovery is paid. Calendar is limited. Quality is the only marketing budget I run.

The paid
entry point.

Sixty minutes of working time, not a sales call. Leave with a written plan you can act on — with or without me.

What you get

A written plan.
Same day.

Bring your stack, your stuck points, your half-finished automations. I walk through them live, diagnose the root cause, and deliver a written remediation document within 24 hours — diagnosis, priority sequence, and a fixed quote if you want me to execute.

If you don't want me to execute, the document is yours. Discovery is a flat charge for time and judgment, not a deposit you're required to redeem.

  • Auth, RBAC, audit logging baked in
  • Deployed CI/CD — you own the repo

Last resort.
Premium priced.

For clients who refuse to commit to a pack or scoped engagement. The premium is intentional.

$185/hr
2-hour minimum · Prepaid
Pay Prepaid Rate →

Why higher than the packs? Pure hourly is the most expensive way to buy my time, on purpose. Open-ended billing rewards slow work and creates incentive misalignment. Packs and scoped engagements align both of us around outcomes.

If you genuinely need 30–60 minutes of help, the $250 discovery session is designed for that. If you need more than 60 minutes, the 5-hour Surgical pack at $165/hr is the better deal at almost any usage level.

The market has cheaper.
None of them are this.

/ The combination

Most GHL "experts" can't write a webhook validator. Most senior full-stack devs can't navigate a snapshot. Most security architects don't ship marketing funnels. Most marketers don't build with code.

The intersection of those four disciplines isn't crowded. It's where I work. The rate reflects the rarity of the overlap — not the going rate of any single skill in isolation.

01
Why is discovery paid?
+
Because free discovery calls attract people who aren't ready to spend money. Charging $250 means the call is a working session, not a pitch. You leave with something actionable whether or not we work together. It also funds time I'd otherwise have to recover by raising rates on paying clients.
02
I just need a quick fix. Do I really need a pack?
+
If it's under an hour and clearly defined, the discovery session covers it — I'll often fix it live on the call. If it stretches longer, the 5-hour Surgical pack at $165/hr is cheaper than pure hourly and gives you 60 days to use the rest. Most "quick fixes" become 3+ hours once we start pulling threads.
03
Do you offer monthly retainers?
+
Not currently. My position at Coach G Huddle takes priority and a retainer requires a bandwidth guarantee I can't honestly make right now. The 20-hour Embedded pack is the closest equivalent. We can discuss after we've shipped one engagement together.
04
What's the typical turnaround?
+
Discovery deliverables: under 24 hours. Triage: 3 days from kickoff. Snapshot installs: 5 days. Funnels: 7–14 days. Automation builds: 2–4 weeks. Full systems: 4–6 weeks. These are honest ranges, not best-case marketing numbers.
05
Why these specific prices?
+
The market for "GHL freelancer" is polluted with $25/hr offshore work that produces brittle systems. The market for "senior US full-stack with security and marketing instincts" supports $150–200/hr. I sit in the second market. The rate filters for clients who understand the difference — and protects them from buying the cheaper version.
06
What if I want to work with you full-time?
+
I'm not available full-time. Web Synq is intentionally part-time — that's what allows me to be selective. If you want senior part-time help on specific, high-leverage problems, that's exactly what this rate sheet is for.
