1. Subscription Fees
All subscription charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.
Access to the Services continues until the end of the paid cycle.
2. Setup & One-Time Fees
All setup, onboarding, and one-time buildout fees are non-refundable.
These services involve immediate work allocation and custom development that cannot be reversed once delivered.
